Daniel With Lauryn at the wedding of Sophea and Jim, 24 May 2008! All of these beauties came to the USA in 1990 thanks to our success in finding families for them! Blessings all around! Claudia, shown, prformed the wedding service, and is the adoptive mother of Katie and Naomi, ( in front of Daniel) who came from California with her 2 great kids Emily, 6, and Brandon, 2. Naran ( left of pic) cane from Maui without her husband, and Ratha left her kids in LA with her husband so she could me matron of honor, unencumbered. She told of welcoming Sophea, then 5, to the orphanage. Sophea was crying "help me!" and Ratha hugged her and promised to always be there for her. She was 10. I cried.
